Inside front of an unrestored teletype This shows the inside of the teletype before any work has been done on it. It is in reasonably good condition but needs a good cleaning to remove the disintegrating foam ( 31K) and other junk from years of storage. On the right should have been the acoustic coupler for use with a phone which was removed at some point. The time meter in the upper right shows the unit was used for 1222.5 hours.
