R series PDP-8 board information and R602 Dual Pulse Amplifier
This board is a pulse amplifier which converts input pulses to the standard 0 to -3V 100 nanosecond pulse. It can also generate a 400 nanosecond pulse. The R series logic uses pulses for clocked functions such as registers. Modern logic normally uses edge triggered registers or level sensitive latches. This board cost $22 in 1968.
